Pinnacle Restaurant Opens
at Falkner Winery
(TEMECULA, CA) – The expansion that began a year ago, bore fruit
this month as Falkner Winery’s new restaurant, The Pinnacle opened
over the Labor Day Weekend.
The Pinnacle’s goal is to surprise guests with reasonably priced
food, a nice selection of wines by the glass, and a great Temecula
wine country view (served to aid the digestion). The menu will
include everything from Ahi appetizers to Black Angus cheeseburgers,
to Mediterranean Shrimp with penne.
Chefs E. Dennis van Rumund (Executive Chef) and Cory Chung (Chef
de Cuisine) both have prestigious resumes and excellent reputations.
Chef Dennis is from the Netherlands and graduated from the Culinary
Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. Chef Chung has more
than 20 years of culinary experience beginning with his training
in Culinary Arts at the Kapiolani College in Honolulu. Most recently
he was Executive Chef at California Center for the Arts in Escondido.
Falkner
Winery is
located in the friendly Temecula Valley Wine Country. Opening
in July 2000, the winery is known for its diverse wines, unique
gift shop, free jazz on Sundays, wine tasting classes, and private
venues such as parties and weddings. |
